I'm sure some of you remember my concept drawing of this dress, right? I thought about drawing this dress once more but with some changes, and I think this turned out great! ^^

I was going to draw something Alola related, though after listening to the theme of 'Howl's Moving Castle' my motivation turn completely upside down and thought about drawing Cynthia in a dress. I looked up for some ref on dresses and in the end decided with a semi redrawing of the concept design now finalized as you see here. Style is not close to that movie but ehh...
I love how this turned out, Cynthia looks very lovely in that dress~ :heart:
