Description

We've seen Cynthia drive a car in the Pokemon anime, but how well does her driving skills compete with the Mario cast?

This is probably the third time I've drawn Cynthia in a Mario Art Style outline, though this is more of a full body of the Champion in her original outfit, however... There are certain changes toward her clothes here and there, did ya notice?
