Okay... So maybe Diotron doesn't to much look like Rayquazza... I just might change this one up alittle more...
He's not the only one who request as Rayquazza Pokeson Form, I'm going to do one for Boomer as well.

TuffTony holds a object called "Blade of Rayquazza" and can transform into a "mephiles-like" from of Rayquazza. Just like Hypon with Dialga.
